I was born and raised in a Vaishnava family. Even my dad was born and raised in a Vaishnava family. I have been a very strict devotee my whole life. I live in Vancouver and was born in India. I came to Canada when I was a child. I have a Psychology degree with a minor in mass communication studies and a broadcast and media journalism diploma. I have worked in the field of radio and television. I have covered press conferences, breaking news, reported on lifestyle stories, interviewed high profile politicians, and been MC at large scale events. Currently I am a social media host and report on current events, do lifestyle features, news stories etc. I have training in theatre and dance. I worked under the master directorship for Bhakti Marg Swami and did plays at the Vancouver temple for 11 years for all the festivals throughout the year and played leading female roles such as Sita, Devaki, Draupadi etc. My acting was very much appreciated by the entire community and I garnered immense praise for it. I have got the heart of a storyteller and at the core of my very being I am a child of the Vedas. I trained in Bharatnatyam dancing for 7 years. I love going for Japa walks in nature. I enjoy hiking, cooking prasadam, and swimming. I come from a very high class well educated Indian family.
